MEATBALL ALA IKEA & CALAMANSI JUICE

I spent this past Sunday afternoon lounging around the house, eating mangoes hehe and felt inspired to do a little cooking. Ehem.
For the past couple of months I've just been so busy with work and I just didn't have time to cook. Alasan! Hehehe.
So what is the best way to compliment your lazy Sundays and make them even more perfect?

This first recipe is courtesy of my cousin - Sarah. Nampak dia upload kat Facebook, terus rasa nak ikut buat. Hehe.
Meatball ala IKEA
Bahan-bahan
1 kotak beef balls (brand Marina)
2 sudu butter
2 sudu tepung gandum
1 cawan air
100ml susu segar
2 sudu sos tomato
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu kicap manis
Sedikit kiub ayam
Sedikit lada hitam (ditumbuk)
Cara-cara
1) Untuk beef balls tadi, boleh buat sendiri kalau rajin. Hehe. I is malas. So beli siap. Brand Marina ni memang sedap! Sama rasa dengan meatball Ikea. Recommended.
2) Panaskan butter dan tepung gandum tadi and kacau sampai perang.
3) Masukkan satu cawan air and fresh milk tadi.
4) Then, masukkan 2 sudu sos tomato, 2 sudu sos tiram and 2 sudu kicap manis dan kacau.
5) Kalau pekat sangat, masukkan sikit air.
6) Then masukkan sikit kiub ayam, ikut suka nak banyak mana. Harus diingat kiub ayam ni masin so berpada-pada letak tu. Tadi pergi letak satu kiub! Haha pengsan masin!
7) Finally, masukkan black pepper yang dah ditumbuk tadi. Lagi banyak lagi bagus sebab pedas.
How easy is that? And I promise, it's delicious. Haha. Masuk bakul angkat sendiri ni. Hehehe.
AIR LIMAU KASTURI + ASAM BOI
Bahan-bahan
20 biji limau kasturi (dibuang kulit dan biji)
Asam boi
Sedikit gula
Cara-cara
1) Bercinta sangat nak buang kulit and biji limau kasturi ni. Tapi buang je la biji tu sebab lagi sedap kot tak ada biji. Hehe. Tapi tadi kan, ngelat jugak. 3 buah terakhir tu, I is malas dah. So, tak buang pun bijinya! Hahaha.
2) Blend limau kasturi tadi dengan gula.
3) Blend asam boi untuk rasa yang lebih ummph.
4) Then, tapiskan semua and siap untuk dihidang.
5) Jangan lupa, masukkan sikit ice cube dan untuk hiasan, letakkan asam boi.
My favorite! Kalau pergi restaurant suka calamansi juice ni. Hehe. Sebab dia sweet. And sour too. Buat sendiri kalau satu jug boleh minum. Heaven! And banyak limau-limau yang lebih tu, makan dengan asam-boi, bliss!Labels: Recipe
